PSL Balkman returns JUN 8, 2018: Renaldo Balkman and June Mar Fajardo of San Miguel Beer during a Commissioner's Cup game in June. Balkman was allowed to play in the PBA again after Commissioner Willie Marcial lifted the ban imposed in 2013 by then-commissioner Chito Salud.
