Baser Amer and Carl Bryan Cruz will be playing for Gilas in their game against Australia in the third window of the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers on Monday.
Amer and Cruz, who will replace Jio Jalalon and Allein Maliksi, will be joining naturalized Filipino Andray Blatche, Jayson Castro, June Mar Fajardo, Japeth Aguilar, Gabe Norwood, Matthew Wright, Terrence Romeo, Calvin Abueva, Troy Rosario and Roger Pogoy.
The lineup was revealed by Gilas head coach Chot Reyes exclusively to ESPN5.
Gilas is coming off a 93-71 win over Chinese Taipei but faces a daunting challenge against the Boomers who will be backed by NBA players Matthew Dellavedova and Thon Maker of the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Philippine team hopes to come out with a win to improve to 5-1 and claim the top spot in Group B. Australia (4-1), meanwhile, is looking for a bounce-back win after an upset loss to Japan on Friday.
