Which player had the best sneakers of Week 5 in the Governors' Cup?

It's almost Halloween, meaning it's high time for creative costumes and flashy outfits. In the PBA, however, there's never a need for an occasion for players to come out with flair. If you need a prime example, you can check how Jackson Corpuz's hair changes color at halftime. For hoopers though, the favorite outlet of style and personality is still unanimously sneakers.

Check out the best kicks from Week 5 of the 2019 PBA Governors' Cup and let us know what your favorite pair is in the poll below.

We've seen a number of Spongebob x Nike collaborations on the hardcourt this conference. Roger Pogoy brought out the Kyrie 5 Squidward. Eugene Phelps, before he was replaced, hooped in a mismatched Spongebob x Patrick Star Kyrie 5. Parks was the latest to share his stash. The second overall pick of the 2018 PBA Draft paraded his Kyrie Low 2 Mr. Crabs in Blackwater's game against Alaska. He did have 14 points, five rebounds and four assists but the Elite lost, 101-91.

Another pair of Jordans? Just another day in the office for Chris Ross. Just another day of leaving all of us envious of his sneaker collection. After letting us peek into his Jordan 14 rotation, the San Miguel guard shakes it up and brings out the Jordan 13 Wheat. Now, there may be players who can challenge Ross pair for pair. But in terms of full collection, especially with Jordans, Chris should easily be the undisputed champ.

Puma is one of a couple of brands that has recently made their way back to the hardcourt. It started with them signing some NBA players, including young stars Deandre Ayton, RJ Barrett and Kyle Kuzma. Recently, they also entered the Philippine market. One of the ambassadors they've tapped into is Blackwater's Carl Bryan Cruz. The former Gilas Pilipinas member has been carrying out the message that Puma is back. Keep an eye out of CBC and check out what else the brand has in store.

San Miguel's import has been nothing short of impressive in his first conference in the PBA. With hops as high as his, we often get a good look at the sneakers he wears every game. Wells had been using the Kobe 4 Del Sol for most of the conference. Against NorthPort though, he brought out something special in the Jordan 12 Game Royal. Laced up in GOAT sneakers, he dropped 56 points on the Batang Pier. Unfortunately, those weren't enough for San Miguel to get the W.

Ever since Romeo Travis first saw action in the PBA, his reputation as LeBron James' childhood friend has always been attached to him. And though basketball has brought them thousands of miles apart, it's the same game that connects them across oceans. When Travis had one of best games in the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup, James tweeted his congratulations. The bond between the two remains rock solid. And as both men chase championships in different leagues and countries, Travis keeps LeBron with him by rocking James' latest signature sneaker.
