7.13pm Welcome back. We're ready to go. Rahane and Sharma the openers. Sharma on strike. Malinga to start off. Two slips in place.

Elsewhere, there's been some cheer in India's sporting sphere. As Rajyavardhan Rathore, India's first individual silver medallist at the Olympics, is appointed the country's fourth Sports Minister in three years, here's why Sharda Ugra says it's "about bloody time."

6.40pm Who would've thought Sri Lanka would huff and puff to 238 all out when 280 looked a given? Well, most people. Another familiar collapse, the quantum this time is 7 for 53. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who hadn't picked up a wicket in the series so far, prompting the team management to leave him out, returned to pick up a five-for. He used this slower variations, particularly the knuckleball, superbly. Jasprit Bumrah too was excellent. The awkward angles and deliveries that held their line causing much trouble to the batsmen. Everything said and done, Sri Lanka can have no excuses for another lower order meltdown, especially after that record fourth-wicket stand of 122 (the highest for Sri Lanka against India). This is a chase right down Rahane's school of batting. This isn't to say he can't be used as an opener for tall chases, I must say, before you all hit back at me. Anyway, time for an early dinner. Varun Shetty will be with you for the start of India's chase.

Kumar to Malinga, OUT, muscles this length ball straight to the throat of KL Rahul at deep midwicket. This was sitting up nicely for him to swing over the ropes, he hit it well but it was almost as if he forgot there was a fielder there. First five-wicket haul for Bhuvneshwar Kumar in ODIs

Kumar to Fernando, FOUR runs, good, clean strike down the ground. Full and straight on middle, but he backed away and backed himself to drill this down. Hit it beautifully. Surprised himself, perhaps.
