In a poll of coaches in the new Call of Duty League, the Atlanta FaZe have come out on top as the No. 1 team heading into the 2020 season. The FaZe were selected first overall by eight teams and second by the other four squads.

FaZe have constructed a roster with two members of the 2019 Call of Duty World League champion eUnited squad: Chris "Simp" Lehr and Tyler "abezy" Pharris. FaZe Clan veteran McArthur "Cellium" Jovel is also on the team, and rounding out the starting lineup is former Gen.G player Michael "MajorManiak" Szymaniak and Preston "Priestahh" Greiner, who came over from 100 Thieves.
