Barry Ferguson's Clyde heaped more misery on Ladbrokes League Two basement boys East Stirling by winning 3-0 at Ochilview Park.
Home goalkeeper Richard Barnard was kept rather busy during the first half.
He had to make a desperate parry when David Gormley chanced his arm shortly before the half-hour mark.
Chris Smith then saw his header repelled by Barnard but David Marsh had better luck when he rose to nod Jon-Paul McGovern's cross home on 44 minutes.
Clyde began turning the screw when play resumed, with Sean Higgins atoning for an earlier miss by converting Marsh's pass in the 62 minute.
The Shire were visibly deflated and with 15 minutes remaining Scott Durie exploited their despondency with a curling finish from Gormley's assist.
Moments later, home trialist John Fraser departed on the back of a second yellow card to leave East Stirling with no hope of mounting a late comeback.
