Dover leapfrogged Boreham Wood in the race for the National League play-offs with a 3-2 win at Meadow Park.
All the goals came in the second half with the visitors taking the lead seven minutes after the break when Manny Parry diverted a cross in off his shin, via the post.
Luke Garrard's side levelled 20 minutes from time when David Stephens came up from the back and volleyed in but within seconds Dover substitute Kadell Daniel latched on to Ryan Bird's headed flick-on to steer the away side back in front.
Femi Ilesanmi clinched the match for Dover with a decisive finish after Daniel's flick had released him through on goal five minutes from time.
Alex Davey pulled one back two minutes later but it didn't alter the outcome.
