Manchester City's Nolito: More than one club interested in signing me

Manchester City winger Nolito has said several clubs are interested in him as he looks to secure a move in the summer.

Nolito, who joined from Celta Vigo for €18 million last summer, has been linked with a return to his former club but said others were also interested in signing him.

He told Barramedia TV: "I'm not going to lie to you, it's true that there is an interest from Sevilla but also from Celta Vigo and several other teams.

"But it's an issue that really, in the end, it doesn't depend so much on me as I assume City will want money. I'm not sure what figure they will want."

Nolito, who is under contract at City until 2020, made only nine league starts last season and lost his place in Spain's squad.

Celta would like to re-sign Nolito, and he said: "Celta gave me a lot. I spent the best three years of my career there, and I always wish them the best."

But they face stiff competition from Sevilla, who want to reunite Nolito with his former Celta coach Eduardo Berizzo.

Berizzo expressed his admiration for Nolito during his unveiling on Tuesday, and reports in Spain and England say Sevilla are willing to sign him on a season-long loan with an option to buy.
