Premiership Rugby chief executive Darren Childs has said the final two rounds of the European Champions Cup and Challenge Cup will be cancelled.
The European Champions Cup and Challenge Cup have been temporarily suspended after the French government recommended that games against British clubs be postponed amid the COVID-19 crisis.
The French sports ministry has recommended that European rugby union games against British clubs be postponed amid the COVID-19 crisis in a blow to the Champions and Challenge Cups, and the Six Nations.
Exeter Chiefs were crowned kings of Europe on Saturday after a 31-27 win over Racing 92 in a superb Champions Cup final in Bristol.
The victory sent Racing 92, who have never won the title, into their third final at the expense of the three-times champions Saracens.
The Challenge Cup and Champions Cup knockout stages will take place in September with the respective finals on Oct. 16 and 17, European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) announced on Thursday.
