Bath have signed Exeter scrum-half Will Chudley for next season.
The scrum-half, 30, has made in excess of 100 appearances for the Aviva Premiership champions since joining from Newcastle in 2012.
"I know how ambitious Bath are which is one of the main factors behind my decision," Chudley said.
Meanwhile, Harlequins centre Winston Stanley has been forced to retire on medical grounds at the age of 29.
"I was devastated to receive the news and it has been hard to come to terms with," Stanley said.
"It has been an honour to have had the opportunity to play at the top level, and ultimately finish my career at a famous club such as Harlequins. I have many special memories and wish the club all the very best going forward."
